After my most recent up date on my laptop and iPhone I have issues...
My iPhone now rings on my laptop...?
When I'm working with google or any other site I do not have the <back & forward> ability with my mouse...?
Why did this change and how can I change it back?

It sounds like Handoff is enabled on your Mac.
Turn off Handoff
On a Mac: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click General then deselect “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices."
From here > OS X Yosemite: Pick up where you left off with Handoff
