ipad air safari,apps store ,itunes and other apps cannot connect to server other apps works.

Hi my ipad air wont connect Safari, Apps store , iTunes and other apps cannot connect to server other apps works.Had restarted it other apps work you tube etc .any help would be appreciated.thanks
