when i see it in my iTunes on my mac, it says the file is on my iPhone but when i look for it on my mac, it's nowhere to be found.
i transfer videos by syncing them with my macbook but i ca n't find then on my iPhone.
Help please!

Videos should copy over to the phone's Videos app (unless syncing videos and photos via the Photos tab in iTunes, they will go into the Photos app) - is that where you are looking ? Does it show in Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > Videos on the phone, and if so does the spotlight search screen on the phone (pull down the centre of a homescreen) find if ?
