nMP 2013 Yosemite [Thunderbolt 2] disk not ejected properly

Im having issues with AKiTiO Thunder2 Quad Mini enclosure ejecting my disk intermittently. The enclosure has 4 slots. I have tried moving the drives around and it seems that it ejects different drives at random. I have replaced the TB cables.

Icurrently have 2 240gb set up as a raid 0, 2 single drives one 128gb ssd and a 1TB mechanical drive in the unit. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this unit or this issue.
