When is Apple going to improve its service for Taiwan

I bought an Apple TV box a few months ago. But their selection for Taiwan is awful. No TV series, the movie selection *****, and the selection of channels available is horrible.

When I compare it to Apple TV in Singapore, Australia, US, Canada, Hong Kong, and the UK it's just plain bad.

Over the last 5 years Apple has been very aggressive in marketing their products in Taiwan. Also including Apple TV. But, the content available for Taiwan is just bad. The local DVD rental shops have everything.

When is Apple going to fix this? I doubt they will, but just taking a chance asking here since none of the Apple stores in Taipei know the answer.
