How to send voice memos from iPhone 6 to Others?

How do I send iPhone 6 generated Voice Memo recordings to friends. I synched by iPhone to iTUnes on my Surface PC, and they show up and play in iTunes - but I want to send them to colellegues - through email or other means suggested by the group.

I wish to know how to save mp3 or mp4 files on my PC to mail to others or place on Drop Box. How do I get them out of iTunes?

I am running Windows 8 on the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and IOS 8.3 on my iPhone 6 (64 GB)
