power adaptor hot , the recall should continue

I have macbook air 2011 model , the issue appeared today (July 30 2015) is that there was NO LED light at meg safe.

I did unplug and plug the adapter from the socket for a while , but it still does not work....

I also tried to hook and unhook the mag safe , it did not work either.....

I temperatly fix this issue by wigging the "T" joint of cord , it kinda fixed the issue.So I know there is a fatigue of the wire.

The problem is that the T joint is now dangerously hot on the wire....I am afraid that it would be a fire hazard, if Apple does not do anything about it.

I should get a replacement of power adapter regardless when the recall program was ended , and Apple should get the broken one back to investigate design and root cause of this fire hazards....
