I have this problem that my app store doesn't upgrade my apps at all. when i try to download a new app it doesn't start to download, doesn't ask my fingerprint just loading and loading. the same happens when i try to update the apps. what should i do?

Try updating your iPhone to the latest version or Try restarting it.
If both don't work, try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
