Submission of similar kind of iOS apps with customize branding

Hello,

Our company has decided to develop an iOS apps that will be distributed on the AppStore from Same Developer Account.

This app would be client specific. So essentially our client would have their own version of app with their own branding/logo/images etc.

The code base remains more or less the same. Each of our clients will allow their customers to download and use the app.

In reference with the guideline 2.20(Developers "spamming" the App Store with many versions of similar Apps will be removed from the iOS Developer Program), is there any impact if we do so?
