Any way I can get data off my phone when Apple say it's inrepairable
Does anyone know if I can get data off a broken phone as I haven't backed up to icloud since feb

If the iPhone won't startup, there's no way to retrieve any data.
If you purchase a new iPhone, there's always that chance you can restore from that dated iCloud backup but no guarantees.
