Answering to redirected mail from Mail app (iOS, Mac)

I'm using iCloud mailbox for gathering all mails from all my mailboxes in one place.

Is thats possible to answer each mail from relevant mail (instead of @iClous.com box), using iCloud's smtp server?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

Since the only way to accomplish what you are describing is to forward mail from the other accounts to the iCloud account, no. If you need to reply using the other accounts, just add them to the mail app.
