i have an iPhone 4S that i used it before with a different apple ID. Now i am going to use it again but cannot remember the password of that apple ID and cannot recover it too. My device linked to that apple ID and now even after restoring the device i cannot use it again. can you please help me to recover the password of my old apple ID

If you fail to recover your old Apple ID, I think you should take the phone and the documents that prove you're the original owner and visit your local Genius Bar.
