Automating Presets and other Parameters of Alias Instruments

If I am using Vintage B3 in several patches as aliases, is there a way to "automate" the (organ) preset on one patch without affect the other aliases, or do I need to run a separate instance of the B3 for each preset change.

I would also like to do the same thing with Kontakt Player: I have Session Horns Pro Performance loaded, and you can manually change various section presets without loading in other samples. Running more instances of Kontakt Player or the same instrument again within Kontakt would be a waste of memory.

Is there a way to change parameters per patch with instrument aliases?
