iPhone 6 Plus (64GB) Cellular Settings - Apps not being listed (iOS 8.4)

Hi All

I recently treated myself with the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB. What a spectacular thing it is.

I seem to have an issue, however, with controlling which apps use cellular data. Coming from the iPhone 5, I had no problem going into Setting>Cellular> and being able to toggle which apps run on cellular data. With the new 6+ the apps are not being listed whatsoever, apart from 'Settings', 'Passbook' & 'FaceTime'.

Anyone else experiencing this issue, if it's an issue at all? Or am I simply missing something blindingly obvious?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
