One of our client has purchased 40 numbers of Final Cut Pro licenses. Customer has paper licenses with all serial numbers. Can someone guide us the right way to download,install & activate the product?

WWhat version of the software are you referring to? FCPX has no serial number. Do you mean multiple redemption codes for the App Store?
HOw you set up a multiple seat facility depends primarily on how you want to use the App Store on the machines, whether they need to be separate or to use a single Apple ID.

Product name as per license agreement is "FC PRO X VL 20+ LIC EDUOUS-ZML"
Apart from this we have a common license no, sales order no & purchase order no.
We have also received 40 nos. of license numbers (each 12 digit). We are not sure whether these are license numbers or redemption codes.
Mainly we are looking for the right way to download and install & activate the product in 40 devices.

TThe application has no liicense number. They are redemption codes. You have not answered the question on the Apple ID or IDs that will be used to apply the redemption codes. That's the most critical decision in the process. The simplest way is to download the software once and distribute across the machines locally. Then they will all be tied to a single Apple ID.

Major concern is where they can download the licensed copy of this software.

IT can only be downloaded from the App Store. Log in with the Apple ID you want to use and enter the redemption code.
