Please explain more, Ken Ong. So it is hard to say what has happened.

In what way are your Aperture images missing? Does Aperture show an empty Aperture Library, when you launch it? Or do you get error messages about missing referenced images?

Where do you store your Aperture Library? Is it in the default location, the Pictures folder, or on an external drive?

Are your image files RAW or JPEG?

How did you upgrade to Yosemite? Did you make a clean install and erase your Mac or install on top of the current system?
