Change chapter order in iBooks Author

Sometimes when producing a book it becomes clear that I may need to swap the order of two chapters - sometimes its a failure to plan well but at other times it becomes desirable as the book develops.

I can't find any way to take a chapter (and its associated pages) and simply swap their position in the book's running order pane on the left. I've tried copying and pasting etc with no luck. I usually end up having to recreate the chapter I want to move painstakingly and then delete the duplicate in the old position.

Swapping the position of material seems such a basic function - has anyone found a way to do this?
