HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY LIBRARY WHEN A MESSAGE COMES UP TO SAY I AM SYNCED TO ANOTHER LIBRARY

My computer crashed and not having saved my music I reinstalled iTunes. When I try and sync either automatically or manually a message pops up to say I am synced to another library - obviously my pre crash one. How can I retrieve it ? or worse case at lease transfer my music off my phone onto the new library?
