I can't restore my iPod.

Hey guys,

When restoring my iPod, I always get a message saying that "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod. You do not have enough access priveliges for this operation."

I have tried updating latest version, disconnecting then connecting my iPod, etc. Any help?
