Two Icons when pinned to taskbar

I have upgraded to Windows 10 and then did a clean install and downloaded + installed iTunes for my system. However, when I pin the program to my taskbar and open it, a new (second) icon appears, which is the one that actually runs the program. The pinned one simply does nothing.

What I have tried:

- Unpinning the unused pin and pin the icon that is running.

- Clear icon cache

- Uninstall iTunes and install it again.

- Rebooting after each method I used above.

I reckon iTunes and Windows 10 have some difficulty communicating, although I haven't found any other reports of the same problem yet.
