iTunes superslow after unexpected shutdown of iTunes

After unexpected shutdown of iTunes its superslow to start, just controlling the database takes 30 minutes but it does not look as iTunes is using a lot of the computers resources to do it's job. See attached photo. All my iTunes file are set up on a NAS just the way it should be with exactly the same folder structure as it should have.
