I have lose Numbers data in iCloud

I keep a daily spreadsheet on my iPad in iCloud. Frequently it says there is a conflict of that spreadsheet from my iMac and my Mac Mini even though I have not accessed that spreadsheet on either of those devices. Usually, I choose to keep the one on the iPad, but the other day, it was not listed and I could not avoid choosing. Data from the past four days was missing when I was able to one the spreadsheet on my iPad.
