I accidentally deleted my project on FCP!!

Hello,

I've been working on a project on Final Cut Pro X for the first time, I've been working on it for a while and when I was clearing some of the events I don't need I deleted the one with all my projects inside of it! I didn't realise it would delete the actual project only the videos inside the project. Is there anyway I can get it back asap? Please help me.

Some thing you may need to know:

- I'm on OSX Yosemite 10.10.2

- Time Machine is not setup due to me not have enough space

- My trash is empty

- and I'm on Final Cut Pro X 10.1.4

(Sorry for commenting again but not sure how I can edit my question.)

I'm not sure if the event I deleted had the projects in it but after I deleted that specific event I couldn't find my projects.

Also the videos in the event I deleted weren't being used for my major project.

Go to your Movies folder and see if an FCP X backup will open successfully.

I've opened some but they all say "Missing file" on the clips in the project

I don't know why it says 'missing file' I have all the files that are needed on my hard drive and on a different event on FCP

Even if I try replacing the corrupted files with the real files from my other event it doesn't have any audio

Are the original files still available on a drive somewhere?
