I have Mavericks installed on my MacBook Pro. Until July 29th, the connect to server option was listed on the Go menu. Now that option is missing and also go to folder.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or has a suggestion of what try for a fix?

Sitting here in front of Finder Go menu on Mavericks 10.9.5 with all recent updates. Not using Finder replacement or modifications. Here is what I see:
