iPhone cannot be synced because computer is not authorised

Unable to sync my iPhone even I have authorised my computer. Kept getting the prompt that "iPhone cannot be synced because computer is no longer authorised for purchases that are on this iPhone". Can anyone help? Thanks!

You only have content from one account on your phone, you haven't downloaded or synced content from a different account and nobody else has downloaded/copied content to it ?
