Can't authorize computer after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi there,

I upgraded to Windows 10 today and after launching iTunes 12.2.1.16 (64bit), I tried syncing my iPhone (5s, iOS 8.4). I'm now receiving an error, saying:

"This computer is no longer authorised for apps that are installed on the iPhone "xxx". Would you like to authorise this computer for items purchased from the iTunes store?"

When I click Yes, I'm prompted to login. After putting my password in, I receive the following error:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The requested resource was not found. There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again"

I have tested logging into my iTunes account via iTunes successfully and just in case, deauthorised my existing PC, however I'm unable to re-authorise it.

Any help from Apple would be appreciated.

I had this issue after the upgrade and resolved by doing the following. Use this Apple support link (Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support). In my case I had to deauthorize all as I was using 5 of them. I then authorized it again while iTunes was still open. However it did give me the same error message as before. At this point close iTunes out and then relaunch. You should be able to sync again.
