Both download and removed from iCloud icons present on same songs

Hi there,

I am uncertain what to make of this or how to deal with it. My iTunes are currently displaying two versions of the same songs in some albums. I have deleted all files locally on my MacBook so that I use (the previously called) iTunes Match / iCloud as source since I'm always online on my machine. But now, instead of only showing the "Download from iCloud" icon, some albums also have a version of same songs showing the "Removed from iCloud" icon, as shown here:

What I'm struggling with here is whether to just delete the songs marked "Removed from iCloud", so that I again only have the downloadable versions, or if I'm going to mess things up by doing it, since I clearly do not have removed them from iCloud in the first place. I'm just afraid that I'll delete the songs permanently.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
