My PayPal was never charged for a recent app purchase

I Have downloaded goat simulator and plague inc., and my paypal was only charged for goat simulator. Why is this?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.2

It's possible that PayPal have been slow processing it, or possibly declined it - does it show at all on your PayPal account ? It shows on your account's purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support), and if so does anything show on your iTunes account as being owed : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

itunes shows that it has been payed for, but I still have money in my paypal balance and it doesn't show the deduction for plague inc.

Were both purchases done around the same time, and PayPal hasn't combined them into the one transaction ? I'm in the UK so can't use PayPal for iTunes, so I'm not sure how quickly purchases show up on it
