I have iphone 4 and 5S with sincronized contacts, would like to reset all the information of 4.
My 2 phones contacts are syncronized. If I delete contact in one phone, another phone´s contact is also deleted.
How can delete or reset my iphone 4 without deleting information and contacts of iphone 5S?

Just reset the iPhone 4 normally. Either through Settings->General->Reset->Erase All content and Settings or through iTunes on a computer.
Doing this will not affect the iPhone 5s in any way. They are not synchronized between themselves, they are synchronized to iCloud.
