Contact Apple Support or visit your local Genius Bar, it looks like a hardware issue.

Before doing so, you can try restarting/resetting your phone.

• Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
• Press and hold on the Home button
• Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

Make an appointment at the genius bar and take it in for service, assuming rebooting it doesn't fix the problem.

Same thing happened to me. Waited for two days and when i'm on my way to the service center, the phone fixed itself.
