itunes saving in wrong folders

itunes saving in wrong folders

When adding new items to iTunes the files are now being saved in the media folder rather then in the music folder within the media folder. The Apps have now also saved themselves in the iTunes folder, no longer in the media/mobile applications folder????

Prefernces still show usual location for folder however:

C:\Users\Graham\OneDrive\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media

iPhone 6, Windows 7

File > Library > Organize Library > Rearrange Files.

You may need to consolidate the library and manually clean up Mobile Applications left in the main iTunes folder.
