Three weeks ago I purchased the iPhone lightning dock, but after some time the dock is no more charging my iphone.
Tried plugging and unplugging everything but does nothing, is there any way that, bringing it to the apple store they may replace it or repair it?
Of course if i just use the original lightning cable it's fine.

Yes, bring your iPhone, Lightning cable, and the dock to the Apple Store Genius Bar, and they can replace it for you if they find a fault.
The dock may be OK. Try resetting the phone (when it is not in the dock). Hold the Home and Sleep buttons until the white Apple logo appears.
My iPhone 5 stopped charging in the dock, although it worked with the cable directly to the phone. After resetting, it worked in the dock again.
Wow, thank you very much! I brought the dock back and the genius bar gave me a new one, once I got home (didn't have time to try it in the store) it still didn't work. The strange thing was that i tried attaching an ipad Air to it and it was charging!

Did you really turn it off, or just put it to sleep?
Just pressing the Sleep button puts the phone to sleep. When it wakes, it will be back in the same state as before.
To really turn it off, hold the Sleep button until the Power Off slider appears, then slide it. When you turn it back on, it reboots, which can clear some problems.
Resetting with both buttons is about the same as turning it off (not just sleep) then turning it on, so does a reboot.
A reboot shows the white Apple logo for a while. Waking from sleep doesn't.
