iTunes photo sync window will not load

Hi all,

I can't find anything about this issue on the internet so I'm not sure if it is something that happens often or if I am just totally missing some easy fix for this.

The photo sync window will not load in iTunes for any of my devices. Here's a screenshot of what I see for both my iPhone and my iPad. All other tabs seem to load normally.

I'm using an iPhone 5S, and iTunes 12.2.1.16
