my ipod 5th gen wont turn on at all and ive tried seeing what you can do for it most people are saying hold the home and power button down at the same time but my home button doesn't work it hasn't for a while ive also tried plugging it into my computer and it wont find it at all. yesterday it was working just fine and I just layed down last night and woke up and it wasn't working at all. PLEASE HELP!
Try the remaining items of:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
