I need to reformat flash drive

I need to reformat a flash drive on my Mac to accept large video files I've created on iMovie. Flash drive is currently FAT32 and I get a message indicating the file is to large for the current file format. Can't find any command or technique on Mac to allow me to reformat. Was a past Windows user and this was a very simple process.
