how do i get on iCloud without date of birth
So, i forgot the year i put on my date of birth due to me being less than the age of 18.

You can try contacting the Apple ID Security folks for help at http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204169 but the fact that you falsified the information you entered isn't going to help this getting resolved.
