Music app has lost my playlists

So I have several Playlists that I have created over the years.

Since updating my iPhone (Im usually always running the latest IOS on both my Mac and iPhone, which ever it us now, i'll have it)

and I have started using Apple Music in the Music app.

My playlists have gone!! I still have the playlists on my Mac, and the song files are still stored on my iPhone. But the Playlists that keep them grouped how I like have gone, and I've no idea how to get them back. It dosent appear to be the same as telling my phone to sync the desired playlists like how I remember.

A step by step guide would be very appreciated!!
