The caps lock button is working backwards, basically. It's the single arrow, not underlined, but everything is in all caps. If I tap it, i can type one lowercase letter at a time (with a tap on the caps button between each). If I double tap the arrow for caps lock, I still get caps lock. Any ideas to fix this?
A forced restart may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
Tried that but it didn't work, unfortunately. 😟
This problem happened to me around 3 weeks ago, i backed up all my stuff with icloud and did a total restore. it did take some time but all sorted afterwards.
