My iPad Air 2 photos are not in chronogical order since updating to iOS 8.4.

My iPad Air 2 photos are not in chronogical order since updating to iOS 8.4. I had read about this issue, but things were getting skittish on the iPad, and at that time (3days ago), Google was not returning any updated info about 8.4 and photos not being in chronological order. (Weird, huh? Skittish!). So I upgraded to 8.4. Woe is me! Over 15,000 photos are no longer in chronological order, even within the folders I created.

Somebody please tell me there is a solution to this problem.

I'm an iPad Air user but I'm still running iOS 8.3 (if I recall correctly). I've always been able to resolve photos "ordering" by re-syncing multiple times until they appear in the order they were taken (oldest at the top, newest at the bottom). I have not tried 8.4 yet.
