ATV3 will not connect or obtain IP address using ethernet

ATV3 will not connect or obtain IP address using Ethernet but will using wireless. i have restarted and used two different known good cables connected directly to router. This started about a month ago. ATV2 works fine.

Tried with a different network and if still the same, and you have already done factory restore, then issue most likely will be related to Apple TV. If no issue on different router, then problem is with settings on your router on with Router itself.
