iOS 8.4 upgrade difficulties
Are there work-arounds for the error message "safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found"?
iPad 2, iOS 8.4, server cannot be found
Does this happen with all pages or just certain pages?

Turn off router for 30seconds
On iPad reset network settings
After reset enter your router wireless key
Also go to settings- Safari clear history & cookies.
