if someone replaced there own battery to fix a problem and still the problem didnt fix, then sent it to apple to be replaced. not under the free 1 year warranty, but after paying 200 pounds replacement fee wll it be honoured ? or can i kiss the phone goodbye ?
Apple will have nothing to do with an iPhone in which the user replaced the battery.
That includes offering a reduced price out of warranty replacement.
Nope. Apple won't touch that phone now. They'll hand it back to you and tell you to have a nice day.

No the out-of-warranty replacement fee will not be honored. Apple is very specific, if any unauthorized person opens an iPhone, Apple will never provide any service or support for that iPhone. If you replaced the battery your self, Apple will not help you now.

Yes, there are seals and markers internal that the techs will always see.

It is much cheaper in the long run to have Apple do the work.
You might want to consider finding a very good cell phone repair person - there are some of those around - and see if they can fix it for you.
if im honest. it was one of those people who changed the battery. but my phone fried itself. it wouldnt turn on. he tried that. it failed. he said take it bck, so maybe he could do it undetected.. or he stole the parts out my phone lol
