Password reset problem

Hi,

My wife has lost the p/w to her ipad and also cannot remember the answers to the questions for reset. so we have to resort to asking for the email instructions, however the email never arrives! What is the next step?

Hi Alex,

Still having a problem. Going round in circles trying to reset password. I'm sure the email address showing as apple i/d is correct as this is the email address all my emails come to.

If you cannot find the email after the previous steps in the article provided, then you will need to contact Apple Support, which is the last step.
