Q: We have 3 ipads that were linked to users accounts that are no longer emplyed with us. How can we reset them for use as the old users have them linked to their Icloud accounts?

I work for a company that has several Ipads in use. we recently let 3 people go, but their IPads were tied to the user's ICloud accounts. how can we reset them to enable them to be used again, as none of the previous users are available to delete them off the accounts?

If they were previously associated with Apple Configurator, use that to remove the lock. If not, you’ll either need to ask the people who set the locks to remove them, or take them and their purchase receipts to a physical Apple Store.
