iTunes 12 has completely screwed me in terms of being able to manage books and articles on my iPad. I want it GONE. Can anyone help me downgrade? I'm running Mavericks.

I downloaded it in order to use my new iPhone 6. Will I be able to sync that device with iTunes 11?
Google it. Just remember that you cannot have it both ways.

It will run on iTunes 11.4 but this is a complete disaster. I'll probably just have to transfer my book files to an older computer and discontinue using iTunes for books. Next tablet I buy WON'T be an iPad. That's for sure.
Thanks, for your suggestion, Pete. I'm afraid it will be more trouble to restore the older version than to transfer my book files and use a different computer. This is not my idea of good software engineering. Nice job of alienating long time customers, Apple.
