I Need to get my iPhone how it was after I accidentally restored it from last year and forgot to back up. some of my contacts are gone and messages and need help asap

If you don't have a current iTunes or iCloud backup your contacts and messages are gone. It's a very good idea to enable automatic iCloud backups.
