Why the association date of my device to my apple ID is changed?

Actually my first time I creat my Apple ID on my new Iphone was in Dec, 2013. since that date I never associate any other devices to my apple ID.

Today I was checking my account and I saw there is only one devices was associated to my Apple ID and it was my Iphon BUT the date of association was 5, June 2015!!!. How that can be explained?

My second question : Is there any way to know if there was another devices was using my Apple ID in the past?
