I've done a restore of my iPhone for the second time recently. And for the second time I lost my Health App data.
Is there a configuration I don't know of or is it just not possible yet to restore your Health App data?

Health app data is not saved to a backup unless the backup is encrypted. The same is true for stored passwords and Apple Pay credit cards. In other words, if the backup isn't secure it does not contain sensitive data.
