When making a call how do I get back to the call screen on Apple Watch to hang up a call, after it goes to another clock face?
Maybe voice mail answers and I don´t want to leave a message and want to hang up. Do I really have to get the iPhone to hang up?

Kinda find a solution.
If i get the Clock face instead of the Phonecall face I have to tap the crown and select/click the Phone icon to get back to the call. I was hoping there was a quicker way to access it to hang up, like double clicking the Friends button.

Return to the last app. Double-click the Digital Crown
Or
Tap the Digital Crown
Tap the Green circle with the phone in it
Tap the Red circle with the phone to end the call.

I am trying to duplicate your problem, and can't find a way to get the Watch to change to anything at all while a phone call is in progress. How are you able to accomplish that? The only thing I can do is to let the display sleep, but upon waking it again, it still shows the phone call screen. If the Watch locks and shows the clock face, it returns to the phone call screen upon unlocking it.
While the call is in progress, are you using the Watch directly, or through BT?
If nothing else helps try restarting the Watch and / or its iPhone. Until I can duplicate the problem that's all I can suggest.
