I would like to access and view the photos I have downloaded to my MacBook Pro. They were downloaded via iTunes from my IPhone 4.
Appreciate the guidance, as I am from a PC computer background, not Apple.

You don’t download photos to your computer using iTunes.
You use iPhoto.
Open Photos.
how do i view photos on macbook downloaded from IP4 via iTunes
